Join us Sunday March 15th 

for an evening of conscious, free-form movement where music becomes the guide and the body becomes the teacher.

We gather once more in sacred space to move, release, and remember.

This Ecstatic Dance experience invites you to reconnect with your breath, your rhythm, and your authentic expression in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Featuring a powerful, immersive sound journey by Nick Panaro & Will Maxwell, with opening and closing circle facilitation by Farrah Southwick, we will explore:
